Hey there! Just wanted to send a shout out to all my rock stars, movies stars and glamour girls reading this today! You may be wondering who I am talking about? I am talking to YOU! :)
Let me explain. At my She Speaks conference I attended a workshop led by Shari Braendel called, "What Not To Wear". She told us that if you are 5'8 or taller - you're a rock star - and can wear bigger accessories. 5'5 - 5'7 - you're a movie star - and can wear medium sized accessories. 5'4 & under - you are glamour girls - and should stick to smaller sized accessories. (Accessories include earrings, necklaces & purses...etc.) Can you guess which one I am???
Technically, at 5'7 1/2, I fall into the movie star category but - I am really a 'rock star' wanna be. Since I am border line, I can do both! Wooo Hooo!
We all want to be something other than our true selves sometimes, don't we? I fall into that trap just as much as everyone else. Just for today I encourage you to be happy with who you are. Thank God for how wonderfully He made you. God doesn't make mistakes - there is no flaw in you! So, be yourself...live, love, laugh and dance! Praise God for His wonderful creation. He loves you pimples, wrinkles and all! You are His princess and the King is enthralled with your beauty.
Psalm 139: 13 "You knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. You're works are wonderful. I know that full well."

I am unfortunantly at 5' nothing a galamor girl who always wanted to be a rock star also. It isn't easy either when all of my large extended family is 5'4 or taller (women) and 6'0 or taller (men)!
My 9 year old daughter is already almost as tall as I am, she takes after her dad, he is 6'4.
